The Studio

A tight human team. Three rings of owned agents.

At the core, Quentin de Viron. ALFIN orchestrates the tempo. Four AI directors challenge the decisions. Seven operational agents execute. Each one carries a name, a voice, a role. Click on a member to meet them.

Portrait of Quentin de Viron, founder of Alfin Studio

Owner

Quentin

Owner-architect

Do the thing, not the surface.

Owner of the studio. Pilots, decides, signs. First client of his own studio. The human at the core, not around the system.

Founder, hands-on advisor

Quentin · the human at the core

The thread of twenty-five years: multidisciplinary project management. Connecting disciplines, seeing the whole project, holding the cadence all the way through go-live. Complex financial dashboards at Puilaetco. Flexam Fund, an independent CBFA-licensed asset management company, launched and sold five years later. CBC Private Banking. Project leadership at Family Partners. Proprietary software builds, internal workflow redesigns, complex wealth engagements. And a Relais de Viron raised in the Condroz region, because we love to build, and to see our work take shape, from foundations to finishings.

What has changed today: Quentin is no longer alone. An entire team of in-house AI agents stands with him on every project, takes execution on the Kanban, and frees his time for what matters most. Judgement. Creativity. Connecting the dots no machine has learned to see.

The human team is small, by choice. Quentin de Viron orchestrates, owns, evolves the system. Owner-architect of the studio, owner in the full sense. He guards it, decides its evolution, carries the ultimate responsibility.

And he is also the human at the core. Not a conductor seen from afar: an embodied operator, who pilots, decides, owns, and who is the first client of his own studio. The agents serve him in priority, they free his cognitive time for what he does best: hands-on advisory, strategic decisions, living thought. Humanity-in-the-loop, in the strong sense: the human is not around the system, he inhabits it.

This is not a first time. Before Alfin, there was Puilaetco Dewaay, Flexam Fund (an investment fund created in his own name, CBFA-licensed, sold after five years), CBC Private Banking, family officing engagements. The thread, from the start: create, orchestrate, bring to life. Alfin Studio is the most accomplished version of that thread, because it is the first where the machine holds rhythm at the height of the ambition.

Quentin is not the studio's guru. He is its owner-architect, hands-on and quiet. What makes Alfin different is not a personal signature, it is a culture: doing the thing, not the surface; without limiting thought; keep it simple.

The method: four phases, four modes

Every Alfin mission moves through four phases. Inside each phase, humans and agents collaborate along four modes, borrowed from Microsoft's Four Modes framework: Delegation, Collaboration, Asking, Exploration. This double reading is not a stylistic flourish. It is what lets us know, at every step, who does what, and why.

01

Strategic exploration

Understand the client before proposing. Map the subject, its blind spots, its real constraints. The phase where you listen, where you read, where you doubt.

  • AskingThe agents query public sources, aggregate documentation, ask the structured questions no one has time to ask.
  • ExplorationThe human opens leads, tests hypotheses, follows the intuitions that data alone never gives.

02

Augmented design

Build the answer. Not a slide, not a cosmetic deliverable: a reasoned thesis, numbers that hold, a recommendation we are ready to defend.

  • CollaborationHuman and agents work as a pair. The agent produces the first version, structures the data, checks coherence. The human decides, reformulates, refuses what does not hold.
  • AskingThe fiscal, legal and accounting agents are called on demand, like a team of experts mobilisable in a few minutes.

03

Tech-driven development

Do it. For real. Set up the tools, structure the flows, create the vehicles, launch the operations. This is the phase where advice becomes action.

  • DelegationAnything repetitive, normed, verifiable is delegated to the agents: document tracking, accounting entries, cross-checks, calendar alerts.
  • CollaborationThe client and the Alfin human stay on the decisions. The agents hold the rhythm, but sign nothing.

04

Launch and continuous iteration

Go live, measure, adjust. Each mission feeds our _Learning System_: what worked, what stalled, what deserves to be codified for next time.

  • DelegationThe agents capture execution signals, archive what is worth archiving, trigger periodic reviews.
  • ExplorationThe human interprets, decides what becomes routine, and what stays reserved for living judgement.

Owned Intelligence: why we build

We could have rented our intelligence. We did the opposite, by discipline.

Alfin Studio runs its own intelligence OS: a proprietary agentic system that we built, that we operate, and whose evolution we decide. Client data stays with us. Institutional knowledge compounds with every mission. The tools belong to us.

This is what we call Owned Intelligence. It is not a technological pose. It is a guarantee of sovereignty, for the studio and for its clients.

Working with Alfin

Today, we advise Family Partners, a Belgian multi-family office, and we work with entrepreneurs in transformation who are looking for a hands-on partner. When the context fits, we also accompany leaders who want to integrate AI into their operations without getting lost in it.

We do not publish prices. We do not sign standard SLAs. Every mission begins with a conversation, because it is the only honest way to know if we are the right studio for you, and the other way around.

If the subject is serious, let's talk.

Brussels, Belgium. An inbox watched by the studio's orchestrator. A quick reply, and a personal one.
