When mechanical execution moves out into the agent ring, judgement, taste and creativity move back to the centre. We built it before it became a thesis.
Our craft: multidisciplinary project management.
Twenty-five years running projects. Complex financial dashboards at Puilaetco. Building investment funds, including Flexam Fund, an independent CBFA-licensed asset management company, launched and sold five years later. Project leadership for the Family Partners team. Proprietary software builds like FO Zentime, and continuous workflow redesigns. And Relais de Viron, a sustainable ecosystem raised in the Condroz region. Because we love to build, and to see our work take shape, from foundations to finishings.
The gesture has not changed. What has changed is that today an entire team of in-house AI agents stands with Quentin on every mission. The brief comes in, we break it down into cards, the agents take execution on the Kanban, the human takes momentum, the output ships on tempo.
Where others talk strategy, we deliver projects that ship. That has been Quentin's signature for a quarter-century. It is now the signature of Alfin Studio too.

Hands-on advisory, at company level
Twenty-five years structuring patrimony, reading balance sheets like a novel, hands in the engine when needed. Today it is concrete, and it shows at Family Partners at company level. The custom build of internal mini-SaaS to replace Excel, of which Zentime is the most emblematic example: a proprietary timesheet system with integrated MCP server, used daily to organise time, leave and imputations for the FP team. The review and production of the brand guideline of the Family Partners site, led by SIENNA. Operational project management on a daily basis, carried by the orchestration of the AI team. Not theory: B2B deliverables that would not have been feasible two years ago.

A studio of in-house agents
An AI team built in-house, agent by agent, skill by skill. No heavy paid SaaS, no external black box. Every agent has a role, a voice, a domain. ALFIN orchestrates. A board of AI directors challenges. The operational agents execute. Together, they free the cognitive time of the human team for strategy, creativity, the client's judgement.

Ventures that actually live
We do not theorise antifragility, we build it. Relais de Viron is the most visible proof: a place, a terroir, a life project turned venture. Opulion follows, in exploration: an editorial platform dedicated to the great question of active management today, against passive management and against active management remote-piloted by AI. Quentin documents his investor practice there, his experiments with financial agents, his readings of the great fund managers.
